Adopt a Soldier Service Project

The WMMS Student Council has adopted a group of soldiers from the Psychological Operations unit of the Special Forces based out of Fort Bragg. They have been in Iraq since October 2005. Between Monday, April 10 and Thursday, April 13, Student Council Representatives will be collecting gifts and supplies during the first core class each day.

Please consider sending items in for our care packages:

• Snacks: cookies, granola bars, beef jerky, etc.
• DVDs, books, cds (used or new)
• Hygiene products: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.
• Sports magazines and equipment (footballs, soccer balls, etc.)
• AT&T phone cards (these are the only phone cards that will work at their base)
• Cash donations for shipping costs
• Letters and cards are also greatly appreciated!
