Members of West Millbrook's dance company, Dance Explosion, performed at Wake County Schools Day of Dance. The Day of Dance was held on Saturday, March 17th at Durant Road Middle School. Nine schools from across the county participated. Dance Explosion performed a modern dance to the song When We Were Kings from the soundtrack of the film. Then students participated in a master dance class taught by the Holly Springs High School dance teacher. The purpose of the day of dance is a chance for students and teachers to come together in a non-competitive environment to share dance choreography. Our school was represented well by our dancers.
