EOG Retesting - We have decided to delay the start of EOG Retesting by one day, so we will not begin retesting on Tuesday, 5/24. as originally planned. Instead, we will begin EOG retesting with Reading on Wednesday, Math on Thursday, and 8th Grade Science on Friday. EOG score notification letters were distributed to students on 5/23 and provided additional explanation regarding retesting procedures.

Testing Season is Coming! Proctors needed! During the May 11-13 dates we will need at least 30 volunteer proctors every day. If you are able to proctor on any of these days, or if you have a family member or neighbor who would be willing to donate a morning of their time, please contact Diane Walters at dwalters@ncteacher.org. Proctors will be needed on the other days listed below, but the May 11-13 dates are our most crucial. If we do now have adequate volunteer coverage on those days, we potentially will have classes who are unable to take the state-mandated tests.

• May 4 – EXT 2 ( Reading )
• May 5 – EXT 2 (Math Calculator Active)
• May 6 – EXT 2 (Math No Calculator and Science)
• May 10 - EOG (Survey)
• May 11 - EOGs
• May 12 – EOGs
• May 13 – EOGs
• May 16 – EOG Make up (Reading)
• May 17 - EOG Make up (Math Calculator Active)
• May 18 - EOG Make up (Math No Calculator & Science)
• June 2 - Business Computer Technology End of Course test
• June 6 - Algebra I End of Course test
